Theodore "Ted" Welter has focused his more than 30 year career in the New York State commercial real estate market. He has extensive experience in property tax assessment reduction, asset management, Court-appointed Receiverships, sales, and leasing for virtually all types of commercial/investment real estate.  

 

He has managed more than $350 million in lease and sale transactions for clients ranging from single asset owners to institutional clients with large multi-site portfolios. His property tax reduction clients have saved in excess of $40 million as a result of his representation with municipalities across the State.

  • Buckingham Properties -- Director of Leasing for Rochester’s largest private real estate investment company where he managed the leasing team for 8,000,000 sf.
  • Charter Real Estate Brokerage -- General Manager that developed and lead the Rochester-based commercial brokerage office.
  • The Cabot Group -- Vice President overseeing the property management and leasing division for some $300 million in commercial and multi-family properties.
